Over the past fifteen years I have worked inside high growth consumer companies across merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, wholesale expansion, and executive leadership.

No matter the title, I consistently played the same role. Connecting creative vision to structure and making sure the business actually worked.

Creative founders often have instinct and taste. What they need is architecture.

Operational teams often have process. What they need is clarity.

I understand how product, pricing, margin, ecommerce growth, wholesale expansion, and brand positioning connect because I have lived inside every function. I am comfortable defining long term direction and equally comfortable inside the details of assortment planning and go to market execution.

Agency Cielé is the platform through which I partner with brands navigating growth, reinvention, or transition. Sometimes that looks like studio strategy. Sometimes thatmeans embedded executive leadership. The goal is always alignment.
